Help Cards
Choose what a card shows (filter your data)
Select a card and the right panel shows what it measures: its dates, interval, comparison, region and forecast. For anything else, like a filter, ask Stetto. To split it another way, ask Stetto or open its drill-down.
In the right panel
Select a card and open “Data” to see what it measures. “Look” covers how it’s drawn: its chart type and its position. The panel remembers which one you were on.
- “Dates” runs from “Last 7 days” up to “Last 365 days”, plus “Month to date”, “Last month”, “Quarter to date”, “Year to date” and “Custom dates”.
- “Interval” is “Daily”, “Weekly”, “Monthly” or “Total”.
- “Compare” is “Nothing”, “Previous period” or “Same period last year”. On month, quarter or year to date, you can also compare with the same days of the period before. See Dates, time zones and comparisons.
- “Region” is there for brands that sell in more than one region. See Regions.
- “Forecast” is off, or the next 30, 60 or 90 days. See Forecasts.
Everything else, through Stetto
Select the card and say what you want in the Ask Stetto bar:
- Filters: “only the US store”, “just Online Store sales”, “only campaigns with BF in the name”.
- Splits: “split by channel”, “by country”, “by product”.
- Order and size: “show the lowest 10 products”, “top 5 campaigns”.
- Metrics and currency: “add orders”, “show it in CAD”.
Stetto changes the card you selected and nothing else. See Change selected cards.
To split a card another way without changing it, double-click it to open its drill-down and pick a “Breakdown”. Click “Add to deck” if you want to keep the result. See Drill into a card.
Good to know
- A frame can set the dates, comparison and region for every card inside it. See Make and use a frame.
- The region switch changes only what you see. The card stays the same for everyone else. See The region switch.
- A breakdown shows the top 12 groups by default, or 6 over time. A chart shows up to 25, and a table up to 250. When it lists only its top ones, “Show all 72” at its foot lists the rest. A map shows every country.
- You can keep campaigns, ads or products by name or size. Ask Stetto, like “only campaigns with BF in the name” or “products over $1,000 in sales”, and the right panel lists the rule in words. Click “1 rule” at the card’s foot to see its rules there and remove one. See Keep campaigns by name or size.
