The region switch
The region switch shows a whole deck for one region, in the currency you choose. It’s just for you, so nobody else’s view changes.
Use it
The switch sits at the top, centred over the canvas. When the workspace tabs need the room, it drops down onto the top of the canvas.
- Pick a region. Choose “All regions” or one of your regions, and every card on the deck redraws for it.
- Pick a currency. Choose your reporting currency, or “Local” for the region’s own currency. “Local” works once you’ve picked a region, and then shows which currency it is, like “Local (GBP)”. See Currencies.
Your choice is kept per deck, so each deck can show a different region.
One region, several currencies
Some brands sell in one region but get their money in more than one currency, say a USD store and a CAD ad account. They get just the currency part, labelled “Currency”. Pick one, and every money figure is converted into it at each day’s rate.
Cards that don’t follow it
- A frame that sets a region keeps its cards on it. See Make and use a frame.
- A card set to its own region keeps it. It shows the region as a tag. Editors can click the tag, then “Follow the switch”, or change it under “Region” in the right panel. See Choose what a card shows (filter your data).
Who can do this
Everyone, viewers included, since it only changes what you see. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
