Run a multi-store brand

Run several Shopify stores, across countries and currencies, as one brand. You’ll see each store’s numbers on their own, and the brand’s totals in one currency.

1. Connect each store

In Settings, “Connections”, choose “Add a connection” under the workspace, then “New Shopify store”. Repeat for each store. How many stores your team can have depends on its plan. See More than one store or account.

2. Check the regions Stetto suggests

Open Settings, “Regions”. Stetto suggests one region per store, named for the country it sells to most, and puts each country, store and ad account into one. Change anything you like and pick the currency for totals (“Totals across regions are shown in”). Then click “Save”. Anything that isn’t placed counts as “Other”. See Regions.

3. Pair ad accounts to stores

Open Settings, “Pairing”. Drag each ad account onto the store it sells for, or click one and then the other. Dashed lines are Stetto’s guesses, each with its reason, and “Looks right” confirms them all. Each store then gets its own MER, ad spend as a share of sales, and CAC. See Pair ad accounts to stores.

4. Switch a deck’s region

The region switch in the top bar shows “All regions” or a single region, in your reporting currency or in each region’s own (“Local”). It’s your view only, so it never changes the deck for anyone else. Viewers can use it too. See The region switch.

5. Compare them side by side

From the sidebar’s “Templates” tab, drag in “Regions side by side”. You get every region’s net sales and MER, plus a scorecard with orders, average order value and ad spend. See The templates.

Who can do this

Team admins connect stores and set up regions and pairing. Editors add the template. Everyone can use the region switch. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
