More than one store or account

A team can connect several Shopify stores, plus as many ad, email and analytics accounts as it likes. Each one keeps its own import.

Stores, by plan

Your plan sets how many stores you can have. Pro includes 1 Shopify store, Growth 3, and Scale as many as you need.
A store counts once. It doesn’t matter how many of your team’s workspaces use it, so using a store your team already has in another workspace never needs room.
Settings shows your count. “Plan and seats” shows how many stores your team has.

No room for another store?

“Add a connection” tells you before you go to Shopify, and offers “Change plan”. Or disconnect one of the team’s stores first. If your team is over its plan after a change, it keeps the stores it already has.

Without a plan

A team without a plan can connect one store so it can choose a plan through Shopify, but nothing imports until a plan starts. The sidebar says “Nothing imports until your team has a plan”, and admins get “Choose a plan”. A cancelled plan, or a trial that’s ended, stops imports too. What’s already in stays put.

Every other account

Ad, email and analytics accounts have no limit. Add each one with “Add a connection” under its workspace.

Good to know

Connect once per team. A store or login one workspace connected can be used in others, and it’s still only imported once. See Share a connection across workspaces.
Stores with the same name stay easy to tell apart. Stetto adds each one’s address to its name.
