Regions

Regions are the markets you report on, like US, UK and EU. Tell Stetto where each country, store and account belongs, and every card can split or filter by region.

Set them up

Open Settings, “Regions”. It shows for brands with more than one store or region.

Stetto sets them up for you first. It makes one region per store, puts each country in the region of the store that sells most there, and matches each account by its countries, currency or name. Check them, then click “Looks right” or “Save”.

Regions. Each has a name and a currency. Remove one and what was in it moves to another.
“Totals across regions are shown in”. This is the currency for brand totals. See Currencies.
Countries. Orders go to the region of the country they ship to. A country can follow its store’s region instead.
Stores, ad accounts and email accounts. These say where their rows go when they have no country.
“Campaign and email names”. These are words that put a campaign or email in a region, whichever account sent it. “CA” puts “PACE 4 - CA” there even when the US account sent it. Use whole words in any case, separated by commas. Each field says how many campaigns and emails it matches.

Anything none of these places counts as “Other”.

How a row finds its region

Its name. A campaign or email with a region’s words goes there. The first region whose words match wins.
Its country. A campaign aimed at a single country counts toward that country’s region. Stetto checks where campaigns are aimed once a day and goes by where each is aimed now, so changing a campaign’s targeting moves all its past spend too.
Its store or account.

On Google Ads, a campaign aimed at one country can still reach people elsewhere who show interest in it.

No store yet?

If you only have ad, email and analytics accounts, Stetto suggests one region per currency they use. It reports in the currency most of your ad spend is in.

Good to know

Click “Save” to keep changes. If you leave with changes unsaved, Stetto asks: “Save”, “Discard” or “Keep editing”.
“Use Stetto’s suggestion” takes you back to Stetto’s own setup.
Your data never changes. Cards work out their regions from these settings each time.

Who can do this

Team admins set regions. Everyone else sees them as they are. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
