Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Stetto LLC, a California limited liability company (“Stetto”, “we”, “us”), for using the Stetto app and website. If you use Stetto for a company, you agree to these terms for that company and confirm you're allowed to. By using Stetto, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Your account

You need an account to use Stetto. Keep your sign-in secure, since you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@getstetto.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Teams and workspaces

Workspaces belong to a team. Team admins decide who joins, which workspaces each person can open, and whether they can edit. Admins are responsible for who they give access to, and for having the right to connect the platforms they connect.

Your data

Your data stays yours. That includes what you create in Stetto and the data from platforms you connect. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Stetto for you and your team, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to connect each platform and share its data with your team in Stetto.

Connected platforms

Stetto reads data from platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google and Klaviyo under your permission, and only reads it. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. If a platform changes or stops its service, some Stetto features may stop working, and we're not responsible for their data or availability.

The AI copilot

The copilot uses AI to build charts and answer questions from your data. It can make mistakes or misread what you ask, so check important numbers before you act on them. The numbers on your cards come from defined metrics, but the copilot's explanations and suggestions are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and decisions you make with them are your own.

Acceptable use

Don't use Stetto to:

• break the law, or connect data you don't have the right to use;
• access workspaces, accounts or data that aren't yours, or try to get around access controls or usage limits;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service;
• resell or provide Stetto to others without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that do, or that put the service or other customers at risk.

Plans and payment

Stetto is in early access. If you use a paid plan, you agree to pay its fees as shown when you sign up. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time to stop future charges. We'll give you notice before changing what you pay.

Changes and availability

We're improving Stetto all the time, and features may change. We aim to keep Stetto available but can't promise it will never be down or error free.

Ending your use

You can stop using Stetto and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms. When an account or workspace ends, we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.

Disclaimers

Stetto is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Stetto isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Stetto is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of data you connected without the right to, or because you broke these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, and disputes go to the courts there. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Stetto after that means you accept them.
