Remove or disconnect a source

You can take a source out of one workspace, or disconnect it from your whole team. Both remove its numbers, but only disconnecting stops the import.

Remove from a workspace

  1. In Settings, “Connections”, open the ⋯ menu on its row.
  2. Choose “Remove from” that workspace, and confirm.

Its numbers leave that workspace, and other workspaces keep using it. If no workspace uses it anymore, your team keeps it under “Not used in any workspace”, ready to use again.

Disconnect from the team

  1. Open the ⋯ menu on its row.
  2. Choose “Disconnect from the team”. The confirm names every workspace using it.

Stetto stops importing it and removes what it imported, in every workspace. If you only have one workspace, the menu just says “Disconnect”.

Good to know

  • In the middle of an import? Removing may ask you to try again in a minute. A disconnect finishes on its own within a few minutes.
  • For Shopify, uninstall too. Stetto stays installed in your store, and on your Shopify bill, until you uninstall it in Shopify.
  • Removed it by mistake? Connect it again, and its history is imported again from the platform.
