How fresh is my data?

Stetto checks every connected platform for new days every hour. Each time, it also re-reads the last few days, so late changes still make it in.

How often

• While history is coming in, Stetto imports every few minutes until it’s done.
• Once it’s in, it checks for new days every hour.
• Each check re-reads the last 3 days. That’s how late refunds, order edits and ad spend corrections land. Klaviyo re-reads two weeks, since its numbers keep moving for longer.

Through which day

Each platform imports through its last complete day, which is yesterday in the account’s own time zone. Today’s numbers come in once the day is over.

The foot of the sidebar tells you how each platform is doing: “Up to date”, or the newest day that’s in, along with when it last updated.

Open decks update themselves

You don’t need to reload. An open deck re-reads its numbers when an import’s first month lands, and again when it finishes.
