My numbers changed after an import

Recent numbers can move a little after an import. That’s Stetto picking up changes the platforms made to days it already had, so your cards stay in step with the source.

Why recent days change

  • Every import re-reads the last 3 days. That way late refunds, edited orders and corrected ad spend land on the day they belong to. See How fresh is my data?.
  • Klaviyo re-reads the last two weeks. Opens, clicks and orders keep coming in for days after a send, so a campaign’s numbers grow until they settle. See Klaviyo.
  • Google Analytics sorts visits into channel groups over a day or two. Until then, the latest days’ visits can sit under “Unassigned” before moving to their real channel. See Google Analytics 4.
  • Ad platforms adjust conversions as they come in. Google also gives partial credit across ads, so their claimed revenue and ROAS for recent days can shift. See Platform ROAS against Shopify-verified ROAS.

Why a long range changed

  • History is still coming in. A first import brings in this month first, then works back a month at a time. A card covering the last year grows as each month lands. See My import stopped or seems slow.
  • Sample numbers became yours. Until your first platform imports, a workspace shows sample data. The first import swaps it for your own, on every card. See Sample data.

Still unsure?

Compare the card with the platform’s own report for the same days, in the same time zone and currency. Why doesn't my number match Shopify, Meta or Google? If they still don’t match, email support@getstetto.com with the card and the dates.
