A card says it needs the latest Stetto

If a card says “This card needs the latest Stetto.”, it was made with a newer version of Stetto than the one open in your tab. Click “Reload” on the card and it’ll show.

Why it happens

We update Stetto often, and a tab you opened before an update keeps running the version it loaded. If a teammate, or Stetto itself, adds a kind of card that version doesn’t know yet, your tab can’t draw it. Rather than show it wrong, it asks you to reload.

Nothing is lost. The card is saved exactly as it was made, and reloading brings your tab up to date.

“Stetto was updated.”

When a newer Stetto is out, open tabs say “Stetto was updated.” with “Reload”, so you can catch up before anything looks odd. Reloading keeps your decks and your place.

“This card couldn’t be drawn.”

If a single card hits a problem drawing itself, it says “This card couldn’t be drawn. Reloading usually fixes it.” The rest of the deck carries on as normal. If it keeps happening after a reload, email support@getstetto.com and tell us which card. See When a card is waiting or can't show.
