Help Troubleshooting
A card says "Connect X"
When a card says “Connect Google Ads in Connections to see Google Ads spend.”, it’s waiting for data this workspace doesn’t have yet. Stetto shows that sentence rather than a zero it doesn’t actually have.
Why it happens
- The platform isn’t connected to this workspace. Connect it in Settings, “Connections”. See Connections at a glance.
- It’s connected, but no accounts are chosen. Google Ads and Google Analytics logins import nothing until someone ticks which accounts or properties belong to this workspace. Look for “Choose accounts” or “Choose properties” at the foot of the sidebar. See Fix a connection.
- Its first import is still running. The card fills in by itself once the first days are in. See My import stopped or seems slow.
- The connection lives in another workspace. Your team’s connections are shared one workspace at a time, so add it to this one from “Add a connection”. See Share a connection across workspaces.
A connected account that hasn’t spent or sent anything yet shows a real zero, not “Connect”.
A frame full of waiting cards
When every card in a frame waits for the same platform, the frame’s label says it once, for example “Needs Google Ads”, and its cards show a dash. Admins get “Connect” right on the label. Hover a card to read its full sentence.
A card with several metrics
A card that mixes platforms shows the metrics it has and notes the rest under the chart. So your Shopify sales can sit beside a line telling you what to connect for spend.
Store sessions
“Store sessions aren’t imported from Shopify” means your visits don’t reach Shopify’s own sessions. That’s usual for a headless store. Use Google Analytics’ sessions instead. See Headless store? Count visits with GA4.
Who can do this
Team admins connect platforms and choose accounts. If you’re not an admin, ask one of them. See I can't change costs or connections.
