When a card is waiting or can't show
When a card can’t show its number, it says why in its place, and what fixes it. It never shows a zero it doesn’t have.
“Connect” a source
A card might say “Connect Klaviyo in Connections to see Klaviyo attributed revenue”. That means its metric comes from a platform this workspace hasn’t connected, or hasn’t chosen accounts from yet. Connect it, or choose its accounts. See Connections at a glance.
A connected account that simply hasn’t spent anything shows its real zero.
When every card in a frame waits for the same source, the frame’s label says it once (“Needs Klaviyo”) and its cards show a dash. Hover a card for the full sentence.
Add your product costs
Profit cards wait for your real product costs rather than assume they’re nothing. Admins get “Add costs” on the card. See Enter product costs.
Store sessions aren’t imported
A headless store’s visits mostly never reach Shopify’s sessions. Use Google Analytics’ sessions instead. See Headless store? Count visits with GA4.
No exchange rate
If a card says “Stetto doesn’t have exchange rates between” two currencies yet, it’s because one of your accounts is in a currency the European Central Bank doesn’t cover. See Currencies.
“Try a shorter date range”
In a very big workspace, a card asking for a long history in fine detail can be too much to read at once. A shorter range will load.
“This card needs the latest Stetto”
Someone made this card with a newer Stetto than this tab has. “Reload” brings the tab up to date.
“Couldn’t draw this chart”
Something went wrong drawing it. Click “Try again”, and if it keeps happening, email support@getstetto.com.
