Drill into a card

Open any card to see the whole story behind its number: how it compares, how it moved over time, and how it splits.

Open a drill-down

Double-click a card, or hover it and click the expand button (“Open the full picture”). It opens over the canvas. To close it, press Escape or click outside it.

What’s inside

A tile for each metric on the card. Each one shows its change against the card’s comparison, or against the previous period when the card has none. Click a tile to look at that metric below.
The metric over time, across the card’s dates. Switch between “Daily”, “Weekly” and “Monthly”. Weekly needs 3 weeks of dates, and monthly about 2 months.
“Breakdown”. This splits the metric each way it can be split, like channel, country, product or campaign. Pick one at the top. A table under the chart lists every metric on the card that splits the same way.

Everything uses the card’s own dates, filters and rules, so drilling in never counts more than the card does. When a frame sets the card’s dates, the drill-down tells you.

Keep what you find

“Add to deck” sits beside the chart over time and the breakdown. It pins that chart to the deck as a new card, next to the one you opened. See Add a card.
“Ask Stetto about this” closes the drill-down, selects the card and puts your cursor in the Ask Stetto bar. See Change selected cards.

Good to know

Some metrics can’t be split, because they’re only tracked by date. The drill-down says so instead of showing a breakdown.
Opening a drill-down changes nothing. The card stays as it was.

Who can do this

Everyone, viewers included. Adding to the deck is for editors and admins. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
