Help Cards

Keep campaigns by name or size

Rules keep a card to the campaigns, ad sets, ads, emails or products you care about, picked by what their names say or by how big they are.

Add a rule

Select a card and ask Stetto. Change selected cards For example:

  • “only campaigns with US in the name”
  • “only ads whose name starts with BF”
  • “only campaigns spending over $5,000”
  • “products with between $1,000 and $10,000 in net sales”

Stetto checks the names in your data first, so the rule matches what’s really there.

Name rules

A name rule keeps the rows whose name contains, doesn’t contain, starts with or ends with any of its words. Words match whole, in any case, so “US” matches BF_US_2026 but never Bonus. If you want it to match inside words too, say so (“anywhere in the name”).

Size rules

A size rule keeps the groups whose number, over the card’s dates, is above, below or between the amounts you give. Each period keeps its own groups, so a campaign can count this month and not last month. There’s one exception. When a card compares two periods and is split the same way as the rule, both sides show the same groups, so the comparison stays like for like.

Money in a size rule is in the currency you named, or else your reporting currency. It doesn’t change with whoever is looking, so everyone sees the same groups.

See and remove rules

  • On the card. Look for “1 rule” at its foot, or beside the title on a number card. Click it to read each rule in words, like “Only campaigns with “US” in the name”, and remove one with ×.
  • In the right panel. Select the card, and its rules are listed under “Measures” in the “Data” tab, each with ×. See Choose what a card shows (filter your data).

Good to know

  • Rules go everywhere the card goes: its drill-down, copies and exports. See Drill into a card.
  • Forecasts don’t follow rules yet. A chart with rules says so instead of showing one. See Forecasts.

Who can do this

Editors and admins add and remove rules. Everyone sees them. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
