Help Cards
Targets and pacing
Give a number card a goal or a budget, and it shows how far along you are. On month, quarter or year to date, it also tells you whether you’re on pace.
Set a target
Select a number card and ask Stetto, like “set a target of $250,000” or “budget $40,000 for Meta spend this month”. To change or clear it, just ask again. See Change selected cards.
Reading the bar
The bar under the number shows the real share of the target, like “Target $250,000 this month” at 62%. It can go past 100%.
- When more is better, as with sales and orders, the share turns green once you pass the goal.
- When less is better, as with spend and CAC, the target is a budget, and the share turns red once you go over.
Pace, on to-date dates
When the card’s dates are “Month to date”, “Quarter to date” or “Year to date”, a mark on the bar shows where you’d be by today at an even pace. Hover it to see how much of the period has gone. Under the bar, the card says how you’re doing:
- For goals: “On pace”, “Ahead of pace”, “Behind pace” or “Target reached”.
- For budgets: “On pace”, “Spending ahead of pace”, “Under pace” or “Over budget”.
Anything within 5% of an even pace counts as on pace. Beside it, the card projects where the period will end at today’s rate, like “Heading for $310,000 this month”.
Good to know
- Targets are on number cards only.
- Money targets are in your reporting currency. If you switch the card to another currency, the bar hides until you switch back. See Currencies.
Who can do this
Editors and admins set targets. Everyone sees them. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
