Build your weekly KPI deck
Build a deck you’ll open every Monday: this week’s key numbers against last week, a target to pace against, and cards that stay where you put them.
1. Make a new deck
Click the “+” beside “Decks” in the sidebar (“New deck”). Give it a name and, if you like, a goal, such as “Cut CAC to $40”. Then click “Create deck”. See Create, rename, reorder, duplicate and delete decks.
2. Fill it
The empty deck shows your goal and a few questions to get you started. Pick one:
- Drag in “Weekly pulse” from the sidebar’s “Templates” tab. It brings net sales, orders, average order value and MER against last week, plus sales and spend by day. See The templates.
- Or click “Build me a deck for this goal”, and Stetto builds cards for the goal you gave the deck.
3. Set the week once
“Weekly pulse” lands as a frame set to the last 7 days, compared with the previous period. To change that, select the frame and set “Dates” and “Compare” under “Filters”. Every card inside follows.
Built your cards another way? Press F and drag a frame around them, then set its dates the same way. See Make and use a frame.
4. Give a number a target
Select a number card and ask Stetto, for example “set a target of $50K this month”. The card shows a bar with how far you’ve got. On month to date dates, it also says whether you’re on pace and where the month is heading. See Targets and pacing.
5. Lock what shouldn’t move
Hover over a card and click the lock (“Lock this card in place”). A locked card can’t be moved, resized or removed, by you or by Stetto. See Lock a card.
6. Share it
Click “Share” at the top right and invite your team. See Share a workspace and invite people.
Who can do this
Editors and admins. Viewers can open the deck and ask questions. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
