Run your monthly review together

Run your monthly review from one deck: set it up, collect questions before the meeting, then walk everyone through it live.

1. One frame per section

Give each part of the review its own frame: sales, ads, email, stock. Select a frame and set its “Dates” and “Compare” under “Filters”, and every card inside follows. Each frame keeps its own dates, so one section can show last month while another shows the year so far. See Make and use a frame.

“Month pacing” in the sidebar’s “Templates” tab is a good place to start. It shows month to date against the same days last month. See The templates.

2. Before the meeting, comment

Teammates press C, click the card they have a question about, and type @ and a name to bring in whoever owns that number. The person they mention gets an email with a link straight to the comment. See Comments and @mentions.

3. In the meeting, have everyone follow you

Everyone clicks your avatar at the top of the right panel. Your deck opens on their screen, and their view moves with yours (“Following Sam”). They stop following when they pan, click the canvas or press Esc. See See who's here and follow someone.

No screen share needed. Everyone sees the cards at full sharpness, and anyone can drop off to look at something on their own.

4. Afterwards, resolve

Open each thread you’ve handled and click “Resolve”. Its pin leaves the canvas, and the sidebar’s “Comments” tab keeps the thread under “Resolved” in case you need it again.

Who can do this

Editors and admins set up frames. Everyone, viewers too, can comment and follow. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
