Comments and @mentions

Comments let you talk about the numbers right where they sit. Pin one to a card, a frame or anywhere on the canvas, and mention a teammate to bring them in.

Add a comment

Press C, or click the comment button in the toolbar.
Click a card, a frame or the canvas. The pin moves with whatever it’s on.
Write your comment and press Enter. Shift+Enter starts a new line.

Mention someone

Type @ and pick a name, or type it out in full. Stetto emails them a link that opens the comment, and their Comments tab lights up until they’ve looked. Under the box, you’ll see who’s going to hear about it.

If you edit a comment, only the people you’ve newly mentioned get an email.

Threads

Each comment opens a thread where people can “Reply”. Once it’s handled, “Resolve” hides the pin, and “Reopen” brings it back. You can edit your own comments, and authors and admins can delete them.

The Comments tab

The sidebar’s “Comments” tab lists the deck’s threads, with mentions on other decks above them. Resolved threads wait under “Resolved”.
