Help Teams, sharing and roles

Workspaces and teams

A team holds workspaces, usually one per brand or client. Each workspace has its own decks, data, connections and settings, so every brand’s work stays in its own place.

Teams

Everyone is on a team. When you sign up, you get a team of your own with one workspace in it, so a solo founder is simply a team of one. Invite someone and it becomes a shared team. See Share a workspace and invite people.

Team admins can open every workspace on the team. Everyone else opens the workspaces they’ve been given, to edit or to view. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.

You can be on more than one team, for example your own and an agency’s.

Workspace tabs

The tabs along the top are the workspaces you have open, just like browser tabs. Your open tabs are remembered in this browser.

  • Click a tab to switch.
  • Open another with “+”. It’s labelled “Open or add a workspace”, and lists the ones you can open that aren’t in a tab. The Stetto mark at the far left lists every workspace you can open, grouped by team.
  • Close one with the ✕ on its tab. The last tab always stays open.
  • A tab marked “view” is one you can view but not edit.

Add a workspace

  1. Click “+” and choose “New workspace”.
  2. Name it and click “Create and open”.
  3. It opens on a setup step, where you choose which of the team’s connections it uses. Until then, it shows sample data. See Set up a new workspace.

Rename a workspace

Double-click its tab, type the new name and press Enter. You can also press F2 on the tab, or change it in Settings, “General”. The new name shows everywhere at once.

Who can do this

Team admins add, rename and delete workspaces. Everyone can open and close tabs for the workspaces they can open. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
