Help Teams, sharing and roles
Team settings
Your team’s settings are where you’ll find its name, its people and their access, its workspaces, its plan, and how much it asks Stetto.
Find them
Open Settings and look under your team’s name, the third group down the left. If you’re on more than one team, pick which one at the top of that group. See Settings.
General
Here you’ll see the “Team name”, “Your role” and “Plan”.
“Leave team” takes away your access to the team’s workspaces until an admin invites you back. You can’t leave your only team, or a team where you’re the only admin. See Leave a team, delete a workspace, delete your account.
People
Everyone on the team is listed here, each with one access menu.
- Pick their access. Choose “Admin”, “Can edit” or “Can view”. With several workspaces, these read “Can edit all” and “Can view all”.
- Or set it workspace by workspace. “Choose workspaces…” gives someone different access to each workspace. Their menu then says “Custom”, or “No access” if they can’t open any.
- Remove someone from their ⋯ menu. It has “Remove from the team”, or “Leave the team” on your own row.
- Invite someone to several workspaces at once. Use “Invite someone”. Pending invites show under “Invited”, with when they expire and “Cancel”. See Share a workspace and invite people.
Workspaces
These are the team’s workspaces. Admins can add one (“Add workspace”), rename one in place, or delete one. A team always keeps at least one workspace. See Workspaces and teams.
Plan and seats
This shows the team’s plan, with meters for “Editor seats” and “Stores”. See Seats.
Usage
This shows “Questions to Stetto this month” against your plan’s allowance, a bar for each of the last 30 days, and the month broken down by workspace and by person. Questions that failed partway don’t count. See Limits.
Who can do this
Everyone on the team can open these pages, but only team admins can change things. In Usage, members see their own questions by name and everyone else’s as “Others”. Workspaces they can’t open show as “Other workspaces”. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
