Help Stetto
Limits
Your team gets a number of questions to Stetto each month, set by its plan. Here’s how they’re counted, and what happens as you near the end.
Questions a month
| Plan | Questions to Stetto |
|---|---|
| Pro | 250 a month |
| Growth | 800 a month |
| Scale | 2,000 a month |
| Trial | 50 for the whole 14 days |
| No plan | 5 a month |
- The whole team shares them, across all its workspaces.
- The month starts again on the 1st, at midnight UTC. A trial’s 50 count from the day it started, and the plan’s own questions begin when it ends.
- Questions that fail partway don’t count. Deleting a workspace doesn’t give its questions back, though.
- Dragging, arranging and editing cards yourself never counts.
- See where you stand in Settings, under your team’s “Usage”. See Team settings.
Nearly out
When your team reaches the last few, an answer tells you how many are left, then again at 10, 5, 2 and 1: “Your team has 2 questions to Stetto left this month.” On a trial it says “Your team’s trial has 2 questions to Stetto left.”
Used up
Stetto tells you in the chat, along with when they’re back:
- On a plan, they’re back on the 1st. Team admins get “Change plan”, and everyone else is asked to have a team admin change it. Scale is the biggest plan, so there it says “For more before then, email support@getstetto.com.”
- On a trial, it says when the plan’s own questions start.
- Without a plan, team admins get “Choose a plan”. A first plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Limits per workspace
Each workspace also has a limit on questions an hour and on questions answered at once, so one busy moment can’t use everything up. On a trial or without a plan, there’s a daily share too. The message says when to try again, for example “Your workspace has reached today’s limit for questions to Stetto. It resets over the next 24 hours.”
Who can do this
Everyone on the team asks from the same allowance. Viewers’ questions count too, and Stetto answers them without changing the deck. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
