Accept an invite

When someone invites you to their team, you can join from the email or from inside Stetto. Either way, use the email address the invite was sent to.

From the email

Click “Join the team” in the email.
Sign in, or create an account, with the invited email. See Create your account and sign in.
Check the team’s name, then click “Join team”.

The workspace you were invited to opens. The link works once, only for your email, and only for 7 days.

From inside Stetto

When you’re signed in with the invited email, Stetto offers the invite at the bottom of the screen. It shows who invited you, to which team and workspaces, and a “Join” button. “Not now” hides it until the next time you open Stetto.

This works even if you never opened the email, or signed up before it arrived.

From a link to a deck

If a teammate sends you a link to a deck in a workspace you’re invited to, Stetto offers that invite first. Click “Join” and the deck the link was for opens. A link never joins you to a team by itself. See Links to a deck.

If it doesn’t work

You see “Wrong account”. You’re signed in with a different email. “Use another email” signs you out so you can sign in with the invited one.
You see “This invite has expired”. Ask whoever invited you to send a new one.
You see “This invite has been used”. If it was yours, you’re already on the team. Click “Open Stetto” to go in.

Good to know

You keep your own workspace too. The team’s workspace opens in a tab right beside it. See Workspaces and teams.
