Links to a deck

Send a teammate a link that opens a deck straight away. Links only open for people who can already open the workspace, so there are no public links.

  1. Open the deck and click “Share” at the top right.
  2. At the foot of the panel, click “Copy link to deck”.

Anyone can copy a deck’s link, whether they’re an admin, an editor or a viewer.

What happens when someone opens it

  • If they can open the workspace, it becomes their open workspace and the deck opens.
  • If they’re signed out, they sign in first, then land on the deck.
  • If they’re invited but haven’t joined, Stetto offers the invite, and “Join” opens the deck. See Accept an invite.
  • If they can’t open the workspace, Stetto says so and suggests they ask whoever sent it to share it with them.
  • If the deck was deleted, the workspace opens and Stetto says “That deck isn’t here any more”.

Show someone outside the team

Invite them to the workspace as a viewer. Viewers are free, they see every deck in that workspace, and they can’t change anything. See Share a workspace and invite people.
