See who's here and follow someone

See who else is in your workspace and what they’re looking at. Follow someone’s view, and the two of you look at the same cards together.

Who’s here

Teammates in the workspace show as avatars at the top of the right panel, each in their own colour. An avatar fades when that person is on another deck. Hover it to see which one. With five or more people here, three show and the rest sit in a menu behind the last avatar (+2, say).

On the deck you’re on, you’ll see each teammate’s cursor with their name, and an outline in their colour around the cards they’ve selected.

The name shown is the one in their account, or the start of their email if there isn’t one. See Your account.

Follow someone

  1. Click their avatar.
  2. Their deck opens, and your view moves with theirs as they pan and zoom. A border in their colour runs around the canvas, with “Following Sam Lee” at the top.

To stop following, do any of these:

  • Click “Following Sam Lee”, or their avatar again.
  • Press Esc.
  • Pan, or click the canvas.

Good to know

  • Everyone shows up, viewers included. And anyone can follow anyone.
  • Following changes nothing for the person you follow, or for the deck.
  • Presence is per workspace. People in your other workspaces don’t show here.
