Help Plans, billing and account

Your account

Your account is everything about you in Stetto: your name, your email, how you sign in and the teams you’re on. You’ll find it in Settings, under “You”.

Your account

Open Settings from the account menu, which is your initial at the top right, or press ⌘, (Ctrl+, on Windows). Then choose “Account”. See Settings.

  • “Name” is what teammates see. It shows beside your cursor and your comments. Type a new one and press Enter.
  • “Email” is the address you sign in with. To change it, email support@getstetto.com from that address.
  • “Teams” lists every team you’re on. Each one shows its plan, your role, and how many people and workspaces it has. “Manage” or “View” opens the team’s pages, and “Leave” takes you off it. See Team settings.
  • “Delete my account” is at the foot of the page. See Leave a team, delete a workspace, delete your account.

How you sign in

Choose “Signing in” in Settings to see how you sign in.

  • “Password” changes or sets your password. Choose “Change password” and type your current one first, or “Set a password” if you’ve only used Google. Changing it signs out your other devices.
  • “Google” shows whether Continue with Google is connected. To connect it, choose Continue with Google the next time you sign in, with the same email.
  • “Two-factor” asks for a code from an app on your phone each time you sign in. See Two-factor authentication.
  • “Sign out on every device” does what it says. It signs you out of Stetto everywhere, this browser included.

No workspace you can open?

If your access to every workspace has been taken away, Stetto has nothing to load. Its screen offers “Your account” and “Sign out” instead. “Your account” opens a page with your account, signing in and appearance, and the note “There’s no workspace you can open right now.” To get back in, ask one of your team’s admins to give you access.

Still stuck? Email support@getstetto.com and a person will answer.
