Security and privacy

Here’s what Stetto keeps, who can see it, and how it’s protected. The full details are in our privacy policy.

What we import and keep

  • Reporting numbers, summed by day. Sales, orders, spend, sends and visits from the platforms you connect.
  • No customer details. From orders we keep the order number, date, products, amounts, ship-to country, sales channel and whether it was a first order. We never keep who placed it: no names, emails, addresses or phone numbers.
  • Stetto only reads. It never changes anything in your store, ad accounts or email platform.
  • Your chats with Stetto stay in your browser. We only keep how many questions a workspace asks.

Who can see it

  • Only the people your team’s admins give access to, plus the admins themselves. There are no public links. See Roles: admin, editor, viewer.
  • Access is checked by the database itself, not just the app. So is two-factor: a session that hasn’t entered its code sees nothing. See Two-factor authentication.
  • We don’t look. We stay out of your workspace’s data unless you ask us to help.

How it’s protected

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Access to your Shopify store is kept encrypted. Other platforms’ access is held by a dedicated connections service, never in your browser.
  • Error reports tell us what broke and where, without your figures or personal details.

Removing data

Disconnecting a platform, removing it from a workspace, deleting a workspace or deleting your account removes the data that goes with it, straight away. Remove or disconnect a source See Leave a team, delete a workspace, delete your account.

Analytics on our website

Our website, getstetto.com, counts visits with Google Analytics, and so does its public demo. The Stetto app never does.

  • In the EU and EEA, the UK and Switzerland, it asks first and sets nothing until you accept.
  • Browsers sending Global Privacy Control are never counted.
  • You can change your choice any time. “Analytics settings” in the site’s footer opens the switch on the privacy policy (“Turn analytics off”).
