Help Cards

Card types

Every card shows one thing: a number, a chart, a table, a map, your top ads or your latest orders. You can switch its type any time in the right panel’s “Look” tab.

Switch a card’s type

Select the card, open “Look” in the right panel, and pick a type under “Chart”. Types that can’t show the card’s data are greyed out.

The types

  • “Number” shows the value itself. You also get its change against the comparison and a small trend line. Add a target and it shows a bar and how it’s pacing. See Targets and pacing.
  • “Line”, “Area”, “Bar” and “Stacked” show a metric over time or split into groups. They show the comparison too and, if you like, a forecast. See Forecasts.
  • “Table” puts up to 12 metrics side by side. Other cards show 6 at most. There’s one row per group, with a “Total” row underneath. Rates such as CTR are worked out on the totals rather than added up. When only the top groups are listed, the total still counts every group and says how many.
  • “Creatives” ranks your ads by a metric. Each comes with its thumbnail and flags for new, paused or tiring ads. Make the card bigger and the thumbnails grow with it.
  • “Orders” lists your recent orders. Each shows its date, products, ship-to country and channel, and whether it came from a new or returning customer.
  • “Map” shades every country, US state or Canadian province by one metric. Hover for the exact value. See States, provinces and maps.

One unit per chart

A chart never mixes units, so money and percentages can’t share an axis. To see both, make two cards or use a table.
