Stetto says to try again in a while

Now and then Stetto asks you to wait before it answers. The message always says why, and when you can ask again.

“Stetto is still answering other questions in this workspace.”

A workspace can only have a few questions answered at once. Wait for one of the answers already running, then ask again.

“questions in the last hour, the most allowed for now.”

Each workspace can ask a set number of questions an hour. It’s a rolling hour, so you can ask again as your oldest questions pass the hour mark. Other workspaces on your team aren’t affected.

“Your workspace has reached today’s limit for questions to Stetto.”

Some teams have a daily limit per workspace. It frees up over the next 24 hours, as the day’s earliest questions drop off.

“Stetto isn’t available right now. Try again in a minute.”

Something on our side didn’t answer, and nothing is counted. Try again in a minute. If it keeps happening, email support@getstetto.com.

Used up for the month?

If Stetto says your team has used its questions, that’s your plan’s monthly allowance, shared by all the team’s workspaces. The message says when they’re back. See Limits.

Good to know

  • Questions that fail partway don’t count toward your allowance.
  • Only questions to Stetto are limited. Building, moving and editing cards yourself never is.
  • Your team’s “Usage” in Settings shows how many questions the team has asked this month. See Team settings.
