I can't change costs or connections

If you can see a workspace’s connections, costs or regions but can’t change them, it’s because you’re not one of your team’s admins. Only admins manage them.

What only admins change

• Connections: adding, reconnecting, choosing accounts, removing and disconnecting. See Connections at a glance.
• Product and order costs. See Enter product costs.
• Regions, pairing and sales channels. See Regions.
• Workspace names, people and their access, and the team’s plan. See Team settings.

Everyone else still sees these pages as they are, with a note like “Only your team’s admins can change costs. Ask one of them.” At the foot of the sidebar, hover a connection’s line and it says “Only your team’s admins manage connections”.

What you can still do

• You can build and change decks, cards and frames, as long as you can edit the workspace.
• You can click “Try again” on an import that stopped, if you’re an editor. See My import stopped or seems slow.
• You can see how every connection is doing, at the foot of the sidebar and in Settings, “Connections”.

Get it changed

Ask one of your team’s admins. To find out who they are, open Settings and go to your team’s “People”, where admins are marked “Admin”.

A team can have as many admins as it likes, so an admin can make you one too, from that same menu. Keep in mind that admins take an editor seat. See Seats.
