Help Troubleshooting

My import stopped or seems slow

A stopped import and a slow one look different. A stopped one says “Import stopped” at the foot of the sidebar, with “Try again”. One that’s just taking a while shows how far it’s got.

“Import stopped”

Something went wrong on the platform’s side, or somewhere along the way. Whatever’s already in stays in.

  1. Click “Try again” on its line at the foot of the sidebar, or on its row in Settings, “Connections”.
  2. To see what went wrong, look under the connection’s row in Settings, “Connections”.

Stetto also tries again by itself within the hour. If it keeps stopping, email support@getstetto.com. See Fix a connection.

If the line says “Reconnect” instead, the platform needs you to sign in again. See Fix a connection.

How long the first import takes

Stetto imports this month first, so your recent numbers show up soon. Then it works back through a little over a year of history, a month at a time, and the sidebar shows its progress (“3 of 14 months”). How long that takes depends on how much history there is. Your open decks fill in as it goes, no reload needed.

Klaviyo is slower

Klaviyo lets apps read its reports only twice a minute, and a few hundred times a day. Stetto works within those limits, so a Klaviyo account’s history comes in more slowly than other platforms’. Nothing’s wrong: it picks up where it left off on the next run, by itself. See Klaviyo.

Not starting at all?

  • “Choose accounts” or “Choose properties” means it’s waiting on you. A Google Ads or Google Analytics login imports nothing until someone ticks this workspace’s accounts. See Fix a connection.
  • “Starting” means it’s queued. It begins within a few minutes.

Who can do this

Team admins and editors can click “Try again”. Only admins reconnect or choose accounts. See I can't change costs or connections.

Still stuck? Email support@getstetto.com and a person will answer.
