When shortcuts wait

  • While you’re typing in a field, keys belong to the field.
  • While Settings or a confirm is open, nothing changes behind it.
  • Inside a panel such as Share or a comment thread, or while a card’s drill-down covers the canvas, the canvas’s shortcuts wait. That way, Delete never removes cards you can’t see. Undo and / still work there.
